2015 Mahoning Valley MS Walk Still on Pause for the Villellas

With the seasons changing and the cold going away (hopefully soon), it means that it is the time of year for the annual MS Walk. Our family has been receiving a lot of inquires as to whether or not we will be participating in the 2015 Mahoning Valley MS Walk. I write today to say that we have decided to continue to take a rest from the annual MS Walk. It is possible that our family may walk the morning of April 18 at the Mahoning Valley Scrappers Stadium in support of a world free of MS, but it will be a decision based on the weather and how both my mom and Nikki feel. It is also possible that I may be the only person participating.

While our main focus has been our annual fundraising dinner in November, our family still very much believes in the MS Walks across the country and our hope is that people will continue to support them not only for my mom and Nikki, but for all of those who suffer from this debilitating disease.

Since 2009, between five MS Walks and three fundraising dinners, we have raised just over $46,000 for the MS Society and the Oak Clinic for MS. Our family would like to thank all of you for your continued prayers and support. We continue to pray for all of you and the journeys that each of you and your families live these days.

Also, keep an eye on your Inbox and our social media outlets next month for an exciting new fundraising opportunity for KV’s Krew, Inc.

Keep "walking" for all of those with MS and working to create a world free of MS.

Much love,

Samantha and the Villella Family~
