WHAT DRIVES US

KV’s Krew, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization which was established in honor of our mom, Kathy, who was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis in July 2008. Our mom had been living with symptoms since 2000. On March 10, 2014, our family was thrown another curve ball when we learned that our sister, Nikki, was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS. Although our mom has been living with the devastating effects of primary progressive MS for many years, she continues to dedicate her life to her faith, family, and friends. Nikki has adapted her lifestyle to stay strong and healthy and both of these amazing and strong women continue to find comfort in the support and encouragement from our family and friends and in their faith. It is our primary goal to raise awareness and educate others about MS, while raising funds for donation to organizations, societies, foundations, etc. that support MS education, research, and assist MS patients. 

 

On behalf of the Villella family, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge that in light of everyone's journey we appreciate the continued thoughts, prayers, and support from our family and friends. We would like to share a poem, Simple Soul by Grace E. Easley, which helps put life into perspective. Please know that all of you are making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.
