Keys to Surviving MS was a Musical Success!
This year's annual KV's Krew fundraiser...Keys to Surviving MS was an incredible success! Sponsored by KV's Krew, Inc. and Briarfield Health Care Centers, the November 10 event raised over $9,000 for MS education and research organizations! M.C. Mobility Systems was also a sponsor for the event. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed the musical styling of the Piano Maniacs.
The Villella family created this event to promote education about the disease and raise money for research to better understand MS and to help find a much-needed cure. The funds raised from this annual fundraiser and throughout the year are donated to the Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis (located near Canton, Ohio) to provide patients with much-needed medical services, regardless of their ability to pay. Funds are also donated to the MS Society Ohio Buckeye Chapter and the Cleveland Clinic Mellen Center and are earmarked for research.
Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, supported, and/or sent love and prayers! A big shout-out to Anthony, Cara, Steve, and the entire Mr. Anthony's staff for making that Friday night so memorable. Thank you to Leslie of Cusano Photography for capturing the night for us...you always do an outstanding job! (Check out the evening's photos at Keys to Surviving MS Photo Galley.) Also, thank you to Julie and Monica of simply bliss for the beautiful centerpieces and decorations...always original, perfectly matched to the theme, and spectacular! And finally, thank you to our guest speakers, Gretchen and John who shared their stories about living with MS...it is not always easy to share such personal experiences and we are grateful that both were willing to allow us a glimpse of their journey.
We look forward to next year's fundraising event. Stay tuned for details about the November 2018 event!
Much love to all from the Villella Family~
